This Position Will Have Responsibility For The Following

  • Provide support to Partners, assist with Partners Meetings preparation, agendas, minutes and follow up
  • Mail scan support
  • Database management
  • ATO lodgement management
  • Mail
  • Staff amenities
  • Stationery
  • Function preparation
  • Reception relief when required
  • Prepare and send monthly statements and follow up outstanding payments
  • New staff Inductions
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff attending conferences and tradeshows

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with clients and staff at all levels
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft office software
  • Experience using accounting and taxation software
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
