A new opportunity for a Business Improvement Specialist has become available within the Student Administration and Library Services team, at Swinburne University of Technology!

The Business Improvement Specialist will work to coordinate and plan key activities and projects within the Business Improvement team. In this student centric role, the successful applicant will drive innovation and collaboration of business improvements across the department, and the student lifecycle.

This role would be suited for anyone with good experience in this space, or someone looking to build their foundation in business improvements, with the opportunity to develop their skills in this work.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders and experience in supporting process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects and communicate tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice and interpretation of policy and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands
  • Demonstrated ability of out of the box thinking/lateral thinking
  • Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills
