About the Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement and Analytics Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Systems and Analytics teams. 

This role is pivotal to the implementation of our Digital Transformation program, which aims to deliver real value to our staff and clients, with the focus on delivering quality person-centred services. The position will play a key role in integrating the areas of business process, systems, projects and analytics in a range of innovation and improvement programs. Roles and responsibilities include:

 

  • Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the Association
  • Work with key business stakeholders, and champions, to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops
  • Own change initiatives from evolution to delivery meeting governance requirements
  • Develop support materials including training, reporting and future system enhancements
  • Manage data governance and integrity to inform operational decisions
  • Manage and administer the core applications owned by the Association
  • Build integration and development of new systems to improve performance
  • Manage operational projects under the Systems team

 

About You

 

You’ll be passionate about making a difference and aligned to our values with prior experience driving project outcomes. With strongly developed stakeholder engagement skills you’ll also have:

 

  • Minimum accreditation of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Tertiary qualification in a business discipline and a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role within a large, complex environment
  • Professional certification or advanced degree such as CPA, MBA, PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • In depth experience within systems and analytics improvement
  • Project management and business analysis experience
  • Ability to translate technical work into general business language
