We are currently seeking a staff member on fixed term (4 months) to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine, Victoria . Hybrid working arrangements are currently in place.
Reporting to Manager Projects and Innovation, this role heads up the innovation portfolio.
You will take the lead role in identifying and delivering ‘community first’ business improvement projects across multiple business units. This will be achieved through partnering with business in understanding key hot spots and utilising business improvement methodologies and change management techniques to turn ideas into tangible outcomes whilst achieving a ROI for innovation.
Take a lead role in renewing, reviewing and refreshing council’s innovation framework and program. Create a business improvement culture and mindset.
