Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities in the electrification industry.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and potential customers, to develop strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and regularly reporting on business development activities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and finance, to develop compelling value propositions and customized solutions for clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the electrification sector, and incorporate relevant insights into business strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and deliver impactful presentations to promote our client's electrification solutions.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the electrification or related industry.
  • Deep understanding of the electrification landscape, including market trends, technologies, and key players.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
