Your new role
Creating and delivering training and support materials to companies within the Health Sector, to help them successfully understand the company's products and services
- Get out of the office! 70% - 80% of your role will be on the road, travelling to and from different locations
- Building strong rapport and relationships with client contacts to enable maximum exposure to employees
- Delivering organic growth by increasing participation in the client's salary packaging program and the number of products and services per client
- Managing and resolving key customer issues as well as championing continuous improvements in the client and customer journeys, services products and controls
- Using client and customer insights, contributing to client and education plans for best practice education strategies and the design of educational content across face to face and digital channels
Your skills and experience
We are open to a wide range of experience, motivation is most important!
- 1 year of Banking or Financial services call centre experience- an opportunity for you to get off the phones
- B2C or B2B sales experience is ideal, but not necessary
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your confidence, ability to easily build rapport and presentation skills
