Workforce Analytics are on the hunt for a driven, self-motivated, and confident Business Development Representative to join their sales and marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Partnerships you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and appointments booked, as well as lead generation and CRM system management. In addition, you will arrange client meetings, and maintain great business relationships with potential clients to enhance revenue opportunities.

This newly created role is vital to growing the company and expanding the product reach and revenues across multiple sectors, while achieving individual sales targets and KPI’s. You will work closely with business leaders to drive success and future client opportunities as well as gain exposure to a range of industries including Fast-Food, Retail, and FMCG Groups through to the Disability Sector and Aged Care.

  • Uphold high standards of self-motivation, time management and productivity;
  • Participate in lead generation strategies and contribute to sales GTM;
  • Achieve agreed, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales milestones and revenue targets.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound sales activities;
  • Identify and contact local and national opportunities within relevant industries;
  • Maintain and expand our database of industry prospects within our ideal customer profile (ICP);
  • Collaborate with team members from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics;
  • Deliver compelling presentations and client needs analysis to build a strong understanding of business objectives and requirements for all new clients, as required;
  • Research and report on factors influencing market opportunities;
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events and other marketing events or activities as required.
