As a Business Development Representative at Wild Tech, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales development program. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and creating opportunities for our sales team. This position is designed to nurture and cultivate the next generation of Sales Superstars, with the potential for advancement in various areas of Software Sales, Implementation, and beyond.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
  • Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to articulate the value proposition of Wild Tech's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Wild Tech's product offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a hunger for success and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of NetSuite, Microsoft, Oracle, or SAP products is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
