Business Development Representative

Description:

Focus Recruitment has partnered with a fast growing scale up based in North Sydney that have smashed targets last financial year and have a predicted revenue goal of $50 million this financial year. They work with small businesses owners helping them save time and money with there 24/7 support and low cost subscription service.

Due to continuous growth they are now seeking more BDR's to generate meetings for the BDM's. You will receive 10-12 leads per day and have access to other platforms to generate leads. This role will suit someone that has phone based sales experience or appointment setting. You should be comfortable speaking with small business owners and handling objections.

About you

• Phone based sales/appointment setting experience
• Objection handling experience
• You are able to speak with small business owners
• You are comfortable making/receiving 80 calls per day
• You have a hunter mentality and are motivated to achieve KPI's and targets
• You are happy to work in the office 5 days per week in North Sydney
