Your new role:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional for a Business Development Representative to manage relationships and generate sales in the Perth & Kalgoorlie including upselling and cross selling to new and existing customers. Ideally you will have experience and knowledge from within our industry however, if you are a strong Sales professional from outside our niche industry, we would also be very interested to discuss this fantastic opportunity with you.

The successful candidate will:

• Ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales or similar
• Demonstratable experience in working to and exceeding sales targets in B2B selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and exposure to CRM systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation capability
• High energy, enthusiasm and innovative thinking
• Proven networking skills with great collaboration and influencing skills.
• Experience in construction or related industries
