Your new role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager this role will see you focused on managing relationships and generating sales across the region. Partnering customers across tier one construction companies, infrastructure developers, mining and energy companies, educators, and various government agencies you will focus on growing revenue opportunities within the region. Other key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain key business relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring regular customer contact at all levels whilst growing revenue
• Identify new opportunities by building a pipeline focused on Ausco's key target industry sectors
• Disciplined approach to pricing strategy
• Recommend the right Ausco solution for the right customer
• Drive continuous improvement in customer service and a positive trend in NPS through prompt response to customer feedback
• Ensure interactions with customers demonstrate a commitment to service and enhance the reputation of Ausco Modular

About you:
Renowned for your customer focus and first-class relationship building skills you will be able to build rapport and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure great outcomes for all. We are looking to hear from people with:

• Proven experience in a Business Development role
• Actively work towards key business KPIs and targets
• Experience in Construction, Industrial or similar environments (preferred)
• The demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships over time
• A high attention to detail and accurate reporting
