Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Commercial Consultant to join our team and help drive our company's growth. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process within the commercial channel, and maintaining long-term business relationships. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organization to provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process within the commercial channel.
  • Provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with accounts at all levels.
  • Understand design documentation while providing solution-based selling with product and technical information.
  • Responsible for achieving an individual sales target and actively contributing to overall team targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record in driving revenue, pipeline management, and meeting sales targets (3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process within the commercial channel.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities, growing and maintaining long-term business relationships, with a result-oriented focus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organization.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail across product, technical, and design information.
  • A strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
