About the Role

Reporting to the managing partner, you will be a key part of the executive management team. You will work in synergy with partners to reach the overarching business goals- to build and leverage the relationships that have been founded on trust and integrity in order to create new opportunities. Of paramount importance will be your aptitude to step back and strategise on how to best position the business to adapt to post-pandemic market conditions.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business units and provide strategic business development support to the managing partner, legal teams, partners, and practitioners
  • Prospect quality leads and convert into clients to create relationships
  • Build and drive upon the brand that has been established through marketing efforts to connect the audience to products and services
  • Manage sponsorships and the coordinated delivery of benefits to leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximise the return on investment and build long standing mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Demonstrate knowledge of social media channels to support a cohesive social media strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging, improved lead outcomes and more reliable lead tracking
  • Provide coaching to practitioners to enhance their business development skills
  • Oversee the management of internal and external events


About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a Business qualification
  • Previous experience in a mid-senior management role within a professional services environment
  • Your ability to take a hands-on approach be proactive and have a collaborative working style
  • High attention to detail with strong writing and proof-reading skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, and WordPress
  • Capacity to contribute to project activities and to organise and prioritise workflow
  • Ability to build relationships and successfully network with colleagues, clients, and industry associates
