Business Development Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with the founder, you will be the first team member that is purely dedicated to Sales. You will be responsible for delivering new business opportunities to Mid Market and Enterprise organisations across the country including government bodies, both from outbound and inbound means.

Key skills sought after for this role include:

  • Outbound business development
  • Consultative / solution based sales
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Mandatory

  • 3 to 5 years of successful track record in SaaS mid market and / or enterprise new business development
  • Worked in matrix & start-up environment

Ideal

  • Experience with Carbon reporting e.g NGERS, CDP, Climate Active, GRESB
  • Demonstrated ESG and sustainability domain knowledge
  • Experience within the property and corporate sustainability sectors
  • Worked in a fast-growing startup or division
