We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and passionate Business Development Manager to identify, establish, and develop business opportunities in the Northern Territory for the CHL Group.

Focusing on promoting CHL’s mission, values, vision and goals through the establishment of business networks with governments, community service and commercial partners, through developing a business implementation strategy for CHL and ACHL in line with growth opportunities presented.

You will represent the CHL Group of Companies in the Northern Territory while managing and enhancing commercial partnerships and stakeholder relationships and work to foster strategic partnerships across Government, NFP and private sectors.

To be successful for this role, you will be an experienced business development manager with the following:

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior manager in business development, community or social services, property services, or related government department.
  • Thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy & legislation in the housing sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with a range of cohorts in housing need and particularly those of people from an Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander background.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing.
