Your professional approach and experience in attracting new business and developing the team towards an exceptional level of service and growth around our individually tailored salary packaging and employee benefits programs.

The role can be based in Newcastle or Sydney with some travel required. The successful applicant will work with our Executive team to build out our existing core offering to encompass additional holistic services. These services will enhance the employer of choice standing of our existing and potential clients. You will work closely with new and prospective clients across many and varied industries to tailor employee of choice offerings which include options for salary packaging, vehicle management and leasing, insurance, lending, financial advice and more.

  • Scope client markets and potential opportunities
  • Big picture execution of strategy for the business and help drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships
  • Meeting key referral KPIs
  • Presentations to employer and employee groups
  • Ability to identify and convert business development opportunities
  • An understanding of salary packaging, FBT and/or experience in the finance or insurance industry will be advantageous
  • Experience explaining benefits of products and services
  • Proven track record in driving business growth, meeting and exceeding targets
  • Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed
