- Increasing mortgage broker uptake of our residential mortgages across the allocated portfolio with a view to increase the number of accounts per active mortgage broker
- Training and educating mortgage brokers on ING product, policy processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and conversion of applications
- Representing ING at internal and external industry events
- Analysing mortgage broker activity and performance
- Participating in sales meetings and workshops with key third party partners
- Liaising with the broker sales and support team relating to residential enquiries
What are we looking for? Someone who has…
- Strong credit skills to best represent third party interests balanced with the need to maintain credit quality and credibility with Risk Management
- Experience in a face-to-face business development, sales or relationship management role with a residential home loan/mortgage focus
- Proven customer service skills including experience working within SLAs
- The ability to build strong working relationships at levels (internal and external)
- Proven ability to work autonomously yet consistency meet administrative tasks and targets associated with a sales role
