Business Development Manager

XAM Brisbane is looking for a BDM to help build strategic relationships with enterprise customers across Australia. Specializing in digital strategy, the design and development of custom software solutions, and integrating solutions, we work with our clients to create high performance digital products.

What’s the job?
As a BDM you will be responsible for bringing onboard new customers and projects. You’ll elicit requirements from key stakeholders, work with internal teams to create statements of work, and present solutions back to customers.

Key responsibilities:

• New business development
• Build and maintain an adequate pipeline
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with target organizations and decision makers
• Work closely with Delivery & Tech leads to prepare pre-sales material

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years in complex enterprise solution sales
• Strong understanding of SDLC and custom enterprise solution development
• Industry vertical competencies
• Ability to influence
• Strong presentation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage internal stakeholders / work with project leads
• Prospecting and account mapping
