Job Description:
What is the role?
To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
- Be a digital champion and demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the digital landscape.
- Ability to identify and demonstrate an end to end solution from sales pitch to product delivery and activation.
- Expertise in digital CRM’s, data providers and the digital listing portal ecosystem – with an emphasis on the real estate category.
- Strong business development skillset in the B2B space.
- Demonstrate strategic sales planning and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage key customer relationships at senior levels of an organisation
- Sales disciplines to get the best results from your territory, understanding the difference between activity and results.
- Must be able to work autonomously and within a team environment, including cross functional teams.
- Ability to manage the commercial needs and priorities of our organisation and those of the client’s organisation.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to proactively connect and articulately engage in solution selling.
What will you be doing?
The role includes:
- Work alongside and collaborate with State and Portfolio managers to drive new business growth and acquisition.
- Present digital solutions from the CoreLogic product suite to support revenue growth and new sales acquisition to achieve revenue targets for Real Estate SME.
- Engage customers on new digital end to end solutions.
- High levels of activity, implementing an operating rhythm that allows you to be in front of the right customers to grow your portfolio.
- Establish, implement and manage a clear state strategic plan that aligns to the state plan.
- Create and lead key account client engagement strategies with your Queensland State Manager and negotiate deals with key customers and industry partners, across the real estate and associated categories.
- Regular sales reporting of actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections together with appropriate corrective actions if necessary.
- Be the voice of the customer by coordinating the gathering of market intelligence covering competitors’ products and sales strategies.
- Influencing decisions across the state with great insights.

Job Qualifications:
What credentials do you need?
- Be a hunter.
- 3+ years B2B business development sales expertise in a digital sales environment.
- Digital sales experience aligned to the Real Estate industry preferred.
- Understanding of CoreLogic core markets including real estate, construction, brokers.
- Ability to travel as needed, and geographically target new business markets across AUS.
