HAYS Sydney is partnering with one of Australia’s leading Education Group of Registered Training Organisation (RTO’s). This organisation is focused in offering the best vocational education and training (VET) courses for apprentice trainees, adult student, job seekers and corporate clients. 

At present, this established firm are looking to bring on a commercially savvy territory manager to focus primarily on growing their Sydney territory to drive new and existing customer growth across the region.

This is a Monday to Friday position, with a salary subject to experience, paying between $80k - $100k + super package including a car allowance. 

Your new role

As the Business Development & Account Manager your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:

• Developing strong community and business networks
• Create new business and provide excellent quality of service
• Drive and manage your Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), ensuring your sales outcomes are driven by your diligence and commitment to meet your required set targets
• Utilising your previous background in establishing and maintaining major accounts and client relationships across B2B and B2C sales environments
• Working in partnership with the wider national team to build alliances and support a network that shares best practice and drives your own performance

What you'll need to succeed

• A previous track record in sales/account management and an understanding (or previous experience) in working with domestic students for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering Vocational Education Training (VET)
• Intrinsically self-motivated and advanced self-management skills
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills, and an ability to effectively establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Dedication, self-motivation, tenacity and awareness
• Bigger picture mentality and outside the box thinking
• An ability to work autonomously and as part of an established team
• Based in Sydney – Must be happy with travel and working from home
