About the role
In this new role, you’ll be responsible for marketing and selling our range of industrial pails (1 – 20 litre pails) and related plastic products to the paints & coatings, construction, petroleum, chemicals and food service sectors.
Driving sales and maintaining healthy a sales pipeline, your key focus will be split between account management with focus on developing new and existing opportunities in line with the business unit strategy.
Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver top line sales and year on year growth i.e. revenue, margin and selling price
Day to day this role will see you:
Defining the market and develop growth plans to recover and grow market share.
Increasing product penetration with new and existing customers and markets
Managing revenue, margin and pricing, including delivery of financial objectives aligned to budgets and business unit strategy
Establishing and maintaining close working relationship with internal stakeholders and taking an enterprise view across PACT's range.
About you
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional with proven sales experience in identifying and developing solutions.
Your prior experience within the plastics, packaging paints & coatings, construction, petroleum, chemicals and/or food service sectors, along with your strong interpersonal skills, will assist you to hit the ground running.
You will also bring;
Demonstrable new business development achievements, preferably in the B2B environment
Persistent ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
