Arrow Guard Security is a local company based in Melbourne expanding rapidly in Regional Victoria. Arrow Guard Security was established in 2016. We are focused on delivering the highest standard and professionalism to all our clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a determined and driven Business Development Manager to join our exciting team to further grow Arrow Guard Security. We currently have a very strong Management Structure in place.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Arrow Guard Security is seeking someone who is determined and highly motivated to assist Arrow Guard Security with its Growth and development.
• You will be focussed on seeking new opportunities for our business within the Security Industry.
• Initiating, liasing and closing off deals with new potential clients.
• You will be utilising your networks and development capabilities to drive new business. ( We currently have high profile clients where you can leverage off )

Experience & Skills

• Confident and inviting personality, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
• Attention o detail, accuracy, time management & organisational skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills including face to face, telephone and email
• Previous roles in business development & Security Industry is a must with a minimum of 5 years. Must be able to provide evidence of previous work.
