The Role

RateMyAgent is looking for a passionate Business Development Manager. With a knack for building new business and exceeding KPIs, you will be on the frontline educating, training, and helping our clients (Real Estate Agents) grow their online profiles.

This role is an 8 month Full-Time contract.

Responsibilities

• Motivation to exceed KPIs and a proven track record in a business development/sales environment
• Experience working in a telephone/zoom online sales meetings environment would be an advantage
• Educate and train clients on how to get the most out of their online presence
• Participate in meetings and provide feedback on trends
• Learn about new functionality as it is released to provide the best opportunity for upselling

About You

• You have experience working with digital, media or SAAS products
• Experience in working in telephone/zoom online sales meetings environment would be an advantage
• Deliver on business OKRs
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and improve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Desirable skills & Experience

• Previously worked in a sales environment (Business Development or Account Management)
• Digital & social media marketing knowledge
