This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Mells Care in Brookwater, QLD. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum Certificate 3 in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or social services industry including but not limited to NDIS & DVA is required.
