Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in actively hunting and securing new business within the SAP ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: 8-10 years of proven success in new business development, with a strong focus on hunting and closing sales within the enterprise software or SAP ecosystem.
· Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP products (ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics, SAP Rise & Grow, etc.), including how they align with client business needs.
· Sales Acumen: Exceptional hunter mentality with a strong drive for exceeding sales targets and closing large, strategic deals.
· Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and explain complex SAP solutions clearly and persuasively.
· Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Excellent at identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and creating tailored proposals to address client needs.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
· Technical Aptitude: Strong familiarity with SAP architecture and solutions. Certification in SAP products is a plus.
