Business Development Manager

The Role

Located in Sydney (with nationwide clients and referral partners), we're looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to proactively seek opportunities and cultivate new relationships with direct businesses, suppliers, and referral partners. This role primarily focuses on relationship-building, so prior finance experience is not required. You will collaborate closely with our expert finance brokers who will support the clients you bring to the business.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities - research and identify new potential clients and partners.
  • Build relationships with direct businesses, machinery/vehicle suppliers and referral partners to drive leads to our expert broking team.
  • Work collaboratively with our broker team to find the right solution for clients.
  • Work autonomously.

 

About you

  • Highly driven to succeed with a hunter mindset.
  • Not afraid to cold call or door knock to make appointments.
  • Self-motivated – uncapped commission (no limit to your earning potential).
  • Confident and well presented.
  • Strong communication skills
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Experience within equipment/machinery sales would be ideal.
  • Existing industry relationship would also be ideal.
  • Valid Driver's License to visit clients & partners.
