Business Development Manager

 

Description:

As a sales professional with exceptional solutions selling ability, you will be able to work with architects, builders, specifiers, and contractors, talk their language and win specifications on projects to assist in the further growth of the business. You will have the capability to consult with and influence specifiers to use our flooring solutions into their project specifications, and

work with installation contractors while securing discretionary business.

  • The ability to articulate your success within the building and construction industry
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to balance both short- and long-term project sales
  • Specification sales experience and strong relationships in the A&D community
     

Experience Required:
 

  • Experience securing specifications through Architects, Designers & End-User stakeholders
  • Understanding the contractor relationship in specification work and their discretionary sales opportunities
  • Ability to work autonomously yet be part of a caring and close-knit team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels
