Our client is incredibly well-known in their area and have won many awards as a Real Estate business over the years. They have operated their Real Estate Agency for almost 30 years and treat their staff like family. Located only 13 kms from Melbourne, they are only steps from the beach - so you will be working in a lovely area, with great clientele.
They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow their rent roll. You will receive leads from their sales team to help you with this and have a huge rent roll to work through and try and get on other business from their landlords. The role is Monday to Friday, with very rare Saturday work (if you needed to sign up a listing). And there will be NO PORTFOLIO TO MANAGE in this role at all.
