The role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing multilevel customer relationships to deliver market growth for the Sandvik range of Surface Drills within the East Coast of Australia.

This role is a full-time requirement, however Sandvik recognises the desire for flexible working options. Flexible employment arrangements include condensed working weeks, working from home and flexible start/finish times.

Areas of responsibility

• Create and execute medium to long term strategies for Sandvik Surface Drills
• Develop and grow Sandvik Surface Drills business within East Coast of Australia
• Work with and alongside Account Managers within their respective accounts to develop Surface Drills business
• Meet revenue targets through direct personal customer management and through the development of a high performance sales team.
