Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a proactive, charismatic and dynamic individual to assist with driving new business growth within Aluka Property.

We want you to treat this business as if it is your own, taking accountability for its growth and success. The right person will be rewarded both financially and professionally, with the opportunity to become an equity partner within the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have their personal life in order and possess fantastic customer service skills to lead initiatives which generate and engage business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

The role will be based in Brisbane's a Southern Bayside area.

Fundamental responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving Sales: Identifying and implementing sales opportunities and strategies to manage the growth of the business
• Networking: Establishing a network of property managers, real estate agents and housing associations for the purpose of brand recognition and immediate / future sales
• Time management: efficient time management skills to maximise contact with potential customers
• Customer service: Providing the very best customer service skills to ensure repeat business and a positive public image
• Communication skills: Effective and timely communication with all key stake holders to build repour and reduce miscommunication

Required skills and experience

• Proven ability to consistently meet KPI’s
• Must have a current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Extraordinary work ethic and desire to succeed in this role
• Previous experience in a sales role is seen favourably but is not essential
