Business Development Manager

They are seeking a driven and hungry Business Development Manager to work alongside an extremely accomplished Property Management and sales team. Our client is committed to growing real estate careers, and raising the bar when it comes to client satisfaction - in joining this team, you would be in the best possible hands.

The role:

• Prospecting for new business through networking and database follow up
• Converting leads from the sales team into new managements
• Creating and maintaining a qualified pipeline of business.
• Reach weekly and monthly targets.
• Assisting the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business.

The person:

• Must have prior Real Estate experience - whether this be in a BDM, Leasing, or sales role
• Must be goals driven and client focused.
• Valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Current NSW Drivers License and car
• A great team player with an approachable and positive personality
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills
• Be a confident communicator and well presented
