Key Accountabilities:
- Calling out leads and convert them into live trading accounts.
- Hunting for new business and other referral opportunities.
- Build and maintain rapport with existing clients and identify any further sales opportunities.
- Preparing periodic business reports.
- Managing online communications with clients through various social media channels.
- Liaise with the internal team to produce the best service for clients.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years working experience in CFD and FX brokers or similar.
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Strong passion for this industry and enjoy working with people.
- Able to build rapport with institutions and other business clients.
