Business Development Manager

About The Role:

• Working within the NDIS Code of Conduct

• Develop and implement strategies for growth focused both on lead generation & client retention

• Networking with LACs, government departments, community groups and prospective clients to develop engagement and brand awareness opportunities for SIL, SDA & Support services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate participant referrals and establish our organization as a trusted provider of disability accommodation services.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels to reach and engage potential participants.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and establish thought leadership in the disability accommodation sector.

• Monitor participant satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively with relevant teams to enhance the participant experiences

About You:

• Current Yellow Card (QLD) & Blue Card or be willing to apply for one

• Current Australian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal and interpersonal skills

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager with the ability to identify and convert new prospects

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in English

• Proficiency in MS office

• The right to work in Australia
