About The Role
- Reporting into the Regional manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and retaining a portfolio of key accounts with GWP in excess of $100k.
- Regularly travel to regional agribusiness to meet key stakeholders and personalise your business acquisition approach.
- Regularly visit existing business to cross sell, upsell and maintain ongoing commitment with key business.
- Market map, and lead generate large commercial business located in QLD autonomously.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- At least 3 years of experience in Business insurance sales (Agricultural preferred).
- A hunter business mentality, with a preference to focus on acquiring new business.
- Experience working with key accounts, and on deal sizes at or around $100k GWP.
- A core understanding of the insurance industry (RG146 desirable).
- Full Drivers License, and the willingness to travel regularly across the state to meet stakeholders face to face as required in this organisation’s sales process.
