What you will be doing?

  • Managing a portfolio of your own, building and maintaining relationships
  • Lead generation and bringing in new business.
  • Working closely with the national business development manager to plan and execute department acquisition, growth, and retention strategies.
  • Educate brokers around Asset and Commercial loan opportunities
  • Consistently provide exceptional service

What do you need?

  • 4-5 years’ experience as a BDM or Account Manager within Asset or Commercial Finance required.
  • Demonstrated track record in building client relationships over a prolonged period
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Driver’s License
