Summary:

  • A rapidly growing home loan aggregation platform is seeking a business development manager to recruit and manage a portfolio of brokers & Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and work with a portfolio of mortgage brokers and advisers to build deep relationships and convince them to use our client as their new aggregation partner!
  • Implement a regular (road based) visitation cycle to nurture adviser relationships.
  • Develop business plans with “recruited” advisors and brokers to achieve maximum utility for all stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous training of our products, maintaining consistency with underwriting guidelines and NCCP requirements.
  • Achieve agreed upon KPI’s across network growth (recruitment), and revenue generation (volumes of loans in $ value).

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a broker network BDM/ Account Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience home loan lending (required).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build long term relationships.
  • Solid understanding of products within the broker/ adviser industry/ onboarding lenders.
  • Full drivers license in NSW and the willingness to spend the majority of the week on the road.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
