With established pipelines and warm clients ready to go at so you can to hit the ground running, this new business development focused role is yours for the taking, so you can hit budget quickly and start earning more and more comms. Work your way - make calls from the road, the office, whatever works for you. Set yourself realistic targets along with management so that everyone is on the same page of realistic achievements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New business sales development for the business
  • Phone calls and in person meetings with potential clients
  • Not industry or trade specific focus, open (EU & America trade focus, advantageous)
  • Tender/quoting responsibilities, with some sales support
  • Setting up SOP for new clients and hand over to support teams
  • Account Manage new business for initial onboarding

Skills & Experience

  • Strong new business sales mind and approach
  • Freight forwarding background and operational understanding
  • Proven ability to build pipelines and execute sales strategies
  • Ability to hit financial targets
  • Strong time management and rapport building skills
