The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you are really the driving force of the business. The organisation has continued to deliver double digit growth and the sales team is the engine room of the organisation’s success.

  • Problem solving, education and solution selling
  • Driving positive outcomes from qualified inbound leads
  • Negotiating terms and contracts with key clients
  • Hunting for new business opportunities and working with SDR teams to identify leads
  • Clients include, state and local government, property groups, Universities, major hotel groups and large corporations
  • The sales function is incredibly well-oiled and you’ll be busy following up on high quality inbound traffic

The Candidate:

  • You need to come from a software / SaaS background
  • 3+ years experience closing in the Enterprise space
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to drive the sales process
  • Good attitude, with strong attention to detail.
  • Well organized people who can prioritize effectively – You’ll be busy!
