We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Melbourne, Victoria full-time.

Working and selling into mid-market businesses in all industries including retail, FSI, construction, government and more, fostering strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors and industry influencers including Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Fortinet and Veeam.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Melbourne.


The Role:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the client base
  • Selling into warm leads and accounts and to continue building with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customised solutions and proposals for clients


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a BDM or in a similar sales role selling technical IT products
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, particularly but not limited to infrastructure services
  • A “hunter” sales approach with an established network of IT industries in VIC
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in measurable sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop tailored solutions for clients
