A passion for design, hunger to grow your career and follow your passion for world class designer led architectural products is essential. We welcome someone from flooring, tiles, stone, decorative surfaces, interior finishes, textiles, soft furnishings, lighting or high-end decorative building materials.

Your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth across the state with key interior designers & specifiers. You should be entrepreneurial spirited and relish the opportunity to work in a highly autonomous capacity. You will report directly into the founders of the business who are seeking somebody that has a real desire to run the business as if it were their own. This role comes with extensive training and induction to ensure that you hit the ground running.

It's going to be a fun year ahead and we are looking for a sales professional ready for an exciting challenge. You will be supported to thrive within your role. You will have the luxury of working on the road, from home, a cafe, the showroom or wherever suits. As long as the work is getting done our client has a very laid back approach to hours and 'time in the office'.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Strong experience providing high-end decorative product solutions.
• Existing strong relationships with key Specifiers & Designers that you can leverage from is essential.
• Understanding of commercial OR high-end residential decorative building products is highly desired.
• A design, engineering or equivalent trade background/qualification will be highly regarded.
• Proven track record in sales & understanding of management tools/reporting.
• High degree of energy, self-motivation and desire to be rewarded with your efforts.
• Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long-term career role.
