We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Sydney, full-time.

The Company:

We provide investment solutions to investors and wealth creators looking to increase their property investment portfolios without any restrictions. Originally launched 3 years ago, the company provides a new solution in the investment market by educating and advising people on property decisions.

We have over 50 years of experience in investment, property and finance within our specific team that prioritises development and training of our employees. We pride ourselves on removing and investment barriers to improve client’s choices to have a better investment path for their superannuation.

Working with all levels all clients, ranging from tier 1 companies to smaller accountants including KPMG, Australian Disability Homes, Deloitte, Empire Lane Advisory and more who are all partnered with us.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney whilst making a rewarding commission plan.

The Role:

  • Sell investment solutions to our clients, developing and maintaining those client relationships
  • Report to the National Project & Development manager and dealing with accounts
  • Responsible for new business opportunities through cold-calling and prospecting
  • Educate multiple clients with the potential to hold seminars to project success and gain new clients
  • Hold face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients, selling investment solutions to customers
  • Be trained from experienced team members through a hands-on approach, developing skills and abilities to fulfil the role


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in financial services or advisory, property investments or accounting
  • Familiarity and understanding with investors and B2B selling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable and ability to work in a hands-on environment to achieve targets and maximise revenue
  • Open to training and development, taking on feedback positively and constructively
  • Relevant tertiary education (eg. finance, accounting, business or a related field)
  • Collaborate with a small and passionate team in the office every day, ensuring targets are achieved and success in the company
