About the role

The Business Development Manager is charged with growing their territory accounts via product presentations, customer joint business plans (JBP) and sourcing new business opportunities with both Distributors and End Users. Additionally, the role will manage some selected National Accounts as part of a development pathway. The role will work cross functionally with all areas of the business including operations, supply, finance, sales and marketing.

Skills & experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ work experience as a state distributor manager and/or key account manager within FMCG and/or Foodservice channel.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships, experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and distributor account management.
