Business Development Manager

InspectRealEstate (IRE) is a global company that loves to help property people with our tech because we care. After a decade of rapid growth across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, IRE is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in transforming the sales performance of the KeyWhere Division as it transitions from a research and development focus to a revenue-positive business unit that contributes to IRE’s overall profits. This is particularly important in the lead-up to the planned listing of IRE on the Australian stock exchange in 2022.

About the role

The BDM-KeyWhere ­is an important part of IRE’s KeyWhere Division, with responsibility for sales and marketing of our innovative key management solution. The BDM-KeyWhere will be accountable for the division’s sales performance and the achievement of growth and revenue targets. The position will also be responsible for working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Account Managers to build and maintain positive relationships and delivering the KeyWhere component of IRE’s sales and growth objectives. 

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver – and exceed as often as possible – sales and profit targets for KeyWhere.
• Conduct online and on-site demonstrations of KeyWhere.
• Provide weekly sales reports in the templated format to General Manager-KeyWhere.
• Comply with the Information Security Management System, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of KeyWhere business strategies
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the UK GM regarding the development and implementation of KeyWhere sales and marketing strategies
• Develop and deliver sales and marketing campaigns for new KeyWhere features and improvements
• Identify and develop plans to sell KeyWhere into new markets and industry sectors
• Contribute to the expansion of KeyWhere internationally
