Key responsibilities

• Partner with management team to identify and implement the go-to-market strategy for Goodwe products, channel and partnership development, growth planning, as well as promote brand and awareness in the market.

• Actively engage with solar retailer/installers and develop a strong network, create and nurture strong and resilient business relationships with strategic partners.

• Take a leading sales role for BIPV products (not limited to) liaising with architects, home builders, construction and roofing companies and other stakeholders at multiple levels, manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities.

• Managing & retaining key relationships with existing clients.

• Collaboration with global team and external key stakeholders, to realize business cases from initiation to operations.

• Undertake deep market intelligence, identify localised market trends and share back with management team to review regional strategy, assist future product development & assist with service strategy.

• Forecasting & reporting.

• Be part of a dynamic, global player, and creative team providing energy solutions and playing a critical role in fast tracking the renewable energy transition.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with commercial or related technical disciplines.

• A minimum of 4 years' exposure to the residential and/or commercial roofing market.

• Business development expertise with a proven sales track record within the solar industry.

• Familiar with building or roofing materials, architectural designers, housing developers, builders, or installers.

• Able to work as a self-starter with a high degree of independence, sharp market sense, strong development, and sales ability.

• Ability to travel within Queensland & some interstate travel requiredSolid understanding of existing and emerging standards for residential PV and BIPV solutions.
