This role will see you continue to drive already existing business in Victoria. You will also be responsible for driving a new pipeline of business

The BDM is responsible for managing assigned leads, executing regional marketing programs, making regular face to face client visits and managing an assigned set of existing customers.

With a focus on any business that uses pouch packaging, digital packaging, or roll stock, there will be a huge focus on FMCG business or any other industry that could utilise this service. Scouting a new pipeline of business and managing these accounts accordingly will the basis of this role.

 

Description

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the sales pipeline for Victoria. The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Responsible for creating a new set of customers.
  • Handling lead generation on a local level, with support from the Marketing Department
  • Acquiring new customers and accounts by lead generated calling and prospecting.
  • To service and grow relationships in the existing client base.
  • Act as an account manager from the moment you interact with the customer through the lifecycle to delivery
  • Identify client needs and develop persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
  • Keep all up to date admin on the role
  • Follows all procedures in line with company policies and processes
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account; meets/exceeds established sales targets.
  • May assist with customer training and attend trade shows/special events.
