Your new company are a globally renowned manufacturer of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment selling into industries such as aged care, hospitality and commercial businesses. They are a global leader in their niche field, but still possess the family owned business culture operating in over 80 countries.

They are industry leaders with excellent manufacturing capabilities, who strive to meet every customer’s needs. Due to continued expansion they are looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team to develop new business across NSW.

Your new role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing relationships across designated territories across NSW, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.

You will provide knowledge on the products specifications, features, functions and benefits across your portfolio of clients.

The company believe in having strong relationship based sales processes and want to hire a Business Development Manager who thrives in driving business through calling on clients, qualify leads by identifying their needs through asking open questions and listening, to then provide tailored solutions based on their requirements, quote the job and close the deal.

What you'll need to succeed
 

• Relationship / Consultative focused Sales persona
• Technical understanding desirable accustomed to solution selling
• Experienced in similar vertical selling capital equipment - whether that comes from selling Commercial Kitchen equipment, Laundry equipment or Cleaning equipment, through to any other Capital Equipment from Forklifts to Air Compressors or Mobile Generators.
• Work autonomously – can manage your own territory and track output by leveraging the CRM
