Business Development Manager

IVCM Australia is the promoter of a very successful superannuation fund. As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager. The role will involve growing your client base in your allocated state, training current clients and future prospects in QROPS Pensions. Previous experience working in the pensions industry is desirable, specifically superannuation funds or QROPS.

Key Criteria/Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a
• Regional Sales Manager
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Market knowledge
• With five years+ Financial Services Background
• UK Pension and QROPS Knowledge

Role and Responsibilities

• Achieve greater than 100% performance against the monthly target
• Maintaining Terms of Business with the top 10 accounts per state
• Identify top 10 new prospect accounts per state
• Ensure all data in prescribed database or IT system is current and accurate across all contacts within the territory.
• Sustain a prospect pipeline adequate to sales targets or greater than that of the annual CLF sales target on a rolling-12-month trend (excluding windfall opportunities)
• Achievement of 9/10 or higher in post-sales customer surveys by following and instituting best of class practices modelled on top sales performers.
