About the Role:

Our Sales team is responsible for driving digital culture. From demonstrating new solutions during client meetings to being a part of a team that truly gets collaboration, you will belong to a group of multi-taskers who are focused, get recognized, rewarded and celebrated for their efforts. Most importantly, you will use your passion for sales and new technology to support the Rule of Law.

As one of our Senior Business Development Managers, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across regulatory compliance markets. This is a national, target driven role which will require strong prospecting and closing capabilities.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager Team Lead, this is a permanent full-time role with Head Office in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance. We are also open to other states across Australia for the right candidate for this role.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving new business acquisition and market penetration.

  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts with the purpose of expanding the penetration of LexisNexis Compliance products and Solutions.

  • Effectively identifying and developing sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology.

  • Working collaboratively with wider team

  • Presenting solution-based sales through demonstrations and actively communication
