As the Business Development Manager, you will identify, develop and win new business opportunities for corporate health solutions resulting in profitable policy sales growth.
Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager, the major business outcomes from this position are:
Achievement of agreed new Australian Residents Health insurance (ARHI) group (client) sales targets
Achievement of agreed ARHI policy sales and profitability targets in line with corporate financial objectives
Achievement of client satisfaction (NPS) targets
Identify and refer new business opportunities for other group business including International Workers, New Zealand, Expatriate, Travel Insurance, Group Life and Group Income protection
Let’s talk about you
The successful candidate for this position will have demonstrated experience within the Corporate Private Health Insurance sector, showing success in new business development and business to business sales.
You’re highly skilled in negotiation and forward planning and can develop effective and lasting relationships both internally and externally.
Furthermore, we’re looking for:
Demonstrated experience & success in business to business sales
Demonstrated experience & success in business development using value based selling techniques
Experience in health insurance (or similar) sector
Motivated to deliver results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Dedication to excellence in customer service in a high pressure environment
