Our Workplace Risk service offering continues to evolve as the Workers’ Compensation landscape changes and our client’s seek greater innovation in people risk.


This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

We are looking for a talented Workers’ Compensation professional to continue to grow our Workplace Risk portfolio by working with our existing clients, internal stakeholders and engaging with new clients. You will have a genuine impact in this Business Development Manager position, based in Victoria, by delivering outstanding results and growing our existing relationships.
With an established background in sales and Workers’ Compensation you will bring your wealth of experience and drive to this role. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a market leading growth plan
  • Identifying solutions for our clients to reduce their risk exposure through targeted intervention strategies.
  • Acting as Executive Steward on a small number of ‘house’ accounts and setting the strategic direction for sustainable performance improvement
  • Developing and maintaining a growth pipeline and looking strategically at opportunities for the cross-sell of products, services and risk solutions to both existing and potential clients
  • Engaging with potential clients through networking, referrals, pro-active marketing, presentations, cold-calling and any other methods
  • Active engagement with the Aon colleague network, to identify and foster new prospect opportunities.
